If you ever thought the world of Minecraft was lacking in energy, then BuildCraft 1.6 is the perfect mod for you. Using BuildCraft, players can build everything from energy makers to pipes and quarries. In short, BuildCraft allows you to enhance your world with the power of fuel and energy.

After installing the BuildCraft mod, players will be able to build advanced structures and mechanisms. These structures can perform a wide variety of tasks, and the only limit to what you can accomplish is your own imagination. Here’s an introduction to some of the features you’ll encounter in the world of BuildCraft:

Pipes are the most basic component in BuildCraft. Players use pipes to transport items, liquids, and power around the map. Pipes can connect different machines together. Pipes come in the waterproof, conductive, and transport varieties.

Engines are another basic part of the BuildCraft mod. Engines power the various machines and structures in BuildCraft and can be used in everything from mining wells to quarries. Users can build steam engines, redstone engines, and combustion engines.

Automatic mining is one of the most entertaining additions to BuildCraft. Instead of being forced to mine by hand, BuildCraft allows you to set up an automatic mining system. It’s very cool and incredibly useful if you don’t want to spend half your play-time mining for ore.

Automatic crafting is another popular addition. Instead of crafting hundreds of items by hand, you can set your automatic crafting table on autopilot. Set what kind of item you want to create, then walk away from the game for a few hours. You’ll come back to find hundreds of new items.

New recipes also exist in BuildCraft. There are a number of different ways to create engines, tools, pipes, and materials. For a full list of BuildCraft recipes, click here to go to the official site.

Put simply, BuildCraft turns your Minecraft world into a living, breathing construction site. You can build a wide variety of machines that have a real, useful impact on the way you play. If all of those features sound interesting to you, then installing BuildCraft will reveal a whole new world.
