The Exp Chest Mod for Minecraft adds two new types of chests to the game. Those chests include a Normal Exp Chest and an Ender Exp Chest.
Each of these chests can be used to store experience. The Normal Exp Chest is less expensive to craft than the Ender Exp Chest. Each of these chests is used to store experience just like you would store money in a bank.
Players can collect experience in these chests and then ‘withdraw’ that experience when they want to use it. Experience points can be used to enchant weapons and create powerful items. They’re an important way to advance in Minecraft and losing your experience points is devastating to say the least.
In vanilla Minecraft, players lose all of their experience points when they die. That’s very frustrating – especially if you’ve just spent a long time, like weeks of your life, gathering points. Nobody likes getting killed by a creeper, but getting killed by a creeper is much worse when that creeper just stole several weeks’ worth of gathered XP.
Obviously, this mod will not be useful when you play on Beginner, nor will it be useful when you play in Creative mode. But if you play Minecraft in any other modes and difficulties, then this mod can be incredibly useful.
