Many of today’s Minecraft players have fond memories of the early days of Minecraft. Much has changed since that point, and some things have stayed the same. At least one modder wants to help Minecraft players recapture some nostalgia. By downloading the Old Days Mod, players can experience Minecraft as it was way back in the early days.
The Old Days Mod is actually a compilation of several different mods, including OldSurvival, NBXlite, and SSP. NBXlite is the ‘lite’ version of No Biomes X, which restores the terrain generation features from the early days of Minecraft.
Using the Old Days Mod, you can pretty much play Minecraft just as you played it on the day the first beta was released. You can set Old Days Mod for all of the following versions:
-Alpha 1.2.0-Beta 1.7.5/1.6.4/1.7.2/1.7.4/18.104.22.168.4
-And more incremental versions between all the alpha, beta, and development patches
Since the Old Days Mod also edits the GUI to restore the feel of the original Minecraft, nothing important has been left out. To experience the early days of Minecraft in all their glory, download and install the Old Days Mod today!
How to install the Old Days Mod for Minecraft 1.6.4/1.7.2/1.7.4/1.7.5
