Christmas is coming, and the best way to celebrate it in Minecraft is to use a Christmas-based resource pack! and XmasBDCraft is the best there is.
XmasBDCraft is the Christmas version of the famous Sphax BDCraft resource pack. This jolly version features snowy grass blocks, candy cane birch trees and sugar cane, mobs wearing santa hats, and so much more.
Updated to 1.8, this version features a Christmas retexture of the new doors, and BDCraft retexture of the other things added on version 1.8.
Game screen and HUD is also changed to a more jolly textures and fonts.
Unlike other straightforward resource pack, this one features a lot of hidden goodies. For example, you will find a bunch of gift-retextured items like chests, enderchests, and a bunch of others that I can’t figure out what they were. TNT is also retextured as a black gift and paintings were all changed to Christmas themed – even the default Steve.
What makes this resource pack special is some stained clay stairs are textured into gifts that when used would create something unexpected. One “gift” will place toys, bears, candies, action figures, and other presents suitable for a kid. On the other hand, one “gift” will place chairs, tables, working laptops, working TVs, and a bunch of others that will appear depending on how you place it.
Some small details such as decorated saplings and extra Christmas-y particles are also quite noticeable to improve the Christmas vibe and feel.
Overall, If you are planning to spend your Christmas season with your friends in Minecraft, then complete the season to be happy by jumping straight into this wonderful resource pack and share it with your friends.
